The sailing instructions are changed as follows:
2.4 A Race Entry Form shall be lodged with the Race Officer/Club Office by the owner/person in charge before the boat’s first race of the season.
Amended to:
2.4 Annual and individual Race Entry Forms shall be lodged with the Race Officer/Club Office by the owner/person in charge before a boat starts a race.
10.3 Committee Vessel. The Committee Vessel is defined as the Committee Boat itself, any equipment attached to it, any attached tender lying alongside or forward or aft of it, and any ground tackle both above and below waterline Competitors who hit any appendage of the Committee Boat as defined above will be deemed to have hit the Committee Vessel

10.3 Committee Vessel (Amends RRS Definitions - in accordance with RYA directive)
The Committee Vessel is defined as the Committee Boat itself, any equipment attached to it, any attached tender lying alongside or forward or aft of it, and any ground tackle both above and below waterline, so long as the object is in position from the preparatory signal until after the starting signal. Competitors who hit any appendage of the Committee Boat as defined above will be deemed to have hit the Committee Vessel
16.2 No prize or other award will be given unless two or more boats race
Deleted in its entirety.
19.1.1 Boats competing in keelboat classes are required to carry a minimum of two currently dated hand held distress flares.
